These terms govern your use of brisbanebathroomshq.com.au, operated by BrisbaneBathrooms(“we”, “us”). By using this site or submitting a quote request you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

We are a lead-referral service. With your consent, we collect your enquiry for bathroom renovation in Brisbane and pass your details to up to two vetted local trade businesses so they can contact you with quotes. Those businesses may pay us a fee for the introduction. We are not the trade business that performs the work, and we do not carry out the quoted services ourselves.

Quotes and work

• Any quote, contract, warranty, or work is solely between you and the trade business you choose to engage.
• We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, or outcome of any quote or work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a trade business.
• You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a trade business is appropriately licensed and insured before engaging them.

Your enquiry

By submitting a quote request you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you consent to us sharing them with relevant trade partners so they can contact you. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or fraudulent enquiries, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any dealings with a trade business. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
